AWS has partnered with Capgemini on enterprise migrations. The two companies will jointly build a platform, focused on value-added cloud services for their customers, ranging from SAP migrations to data centre modernisation and AI. A couple of partnerships involving Amazon Web Services (AWS) with Accenture and Capgemini have been unveiled, around healthcare and enterprise migrations respectively. Capgemini’s existing partnership with SAP will allow it to transition from the latter to AWS as the first step of the initiative. Following this transition, the data centre modernisation will come through leveraging VMware Cloud on AWS to deliver end-to-end hybrid cloud. Additionally, AWS has teamed up with Accenture and Merck to launch a cloud-based informatics research platform, designed to help life sciences organisations in the early stages of drug development.
