Asad Khan, Managing Director at Accenture, added a consulting and transformation lens to the agenda, reflecting how large-scale healthcare and insurance organisations are rethinking QA operating models as they modernise legacy systems and adopt AI-driven tooling.
From the digital health side, Kai Wong, Principal, Solutions Delivery – Digital Accessibility at Teladoc Health, brought a critical focus on accessibility and user experience.

Meanwhile, Subash Senthil Mohanvel, Director, Digital Manufacturing at West Pharmaceutical, introduced a life sciences and manufacturing angle, extending the conversation beyond insurers and providers into pharmaceutical production environments where validation and quality are tightly regulated.
