MuleSoft has announced the latest release of its Anypoint platform for application network deployment. The new version incorporates what MuleSoft calls its application network graph, helping enterprises visualise their applications and systems. The graph contains metadata of the application network, its components and its operational characteristics. The company claims that the graph leverages machine learning, real-time insights and advanced security. The application network graph is embedded in three major components of the platform – Anypoint Design Center, Anypoint Visualizer, and Anypoint Monitoring, allowing companies to troubleshoot issues at several points in the process and offering recommendations. According to MuleSoft, automapping recommendations dramatically accelerates the speed of development for organizations, providing suggested transformations and allowing users to further tailor them to fit their organization’s business processes.
