Financial institutions face many challenges in API testing; systems are still evolving and may be difficult to access, scale, or configure. Test virtualization solves these problems by allowing firms to create, deploy, and manage simulated dev/test environments whilst minimizing the constraints of inadequate test data.
Drawing from data provided by more than 20 financial institutions and the experiences of Bank of America and ING, this report shows that Parasoft Virtualize-assisted projects deliver software 40% faster and provide better quality outcomes compared to non-virtualized projects.
