Austin, Texas-based SoftServe has rolled out a new AI-driven testing solution, aimed at automating quality assurance processes and is specifically designed for QA teams within larger organisations, such as banks and insurance firms.
The solution, which was formally presented during the NVIDIA GTC 2025 conference, is a QA Agent which is able to automate repetitive coding and testing tasks, using AI models to streamline test creation, execution, and validation, according to the company.
SoftServe specialises in IT and digital services including engineering, analytics, cloud computing, and AI solutions.
Volodymyr Karpiv, SoftServe’s director of research & development, emphasised that the QA Agent targets inefficiencies in increasingly complex software testing environments.

He went on to explain that the QA Agent works by training models to analyze screen interfaces, create internal knowledge maps of applications, and automate actions, simplifying deployment and improving security across cloud, data centers, and edge infrastructures.
Ukraine-based Karpiv said he views this as a step toward broader AI applications, including “physical AI”, systems that extend beyond software into areas like robotics and automation in manufacturing settings.
He was keen to add that the software integrates NVIDIA’s Llama Nemotron Reason and DeepSeek-R1 open reasoning models, designed to enhance transparency and decision-making in automated processes.
