TTC eyes market share down under with new Perth office

Matt Wiggins

Houston-based TTC Global told QA Financial it has ambitious plans to expand its operations across Australia. As part of the plans it has opened a new office in the western Australian city of Perth.

TTC Global (TTC), a provider of quality engineering and software testing services, said the expansion is aimed at strengthening the company’s presence down under and enhancing service delivery to clients in a range of sectors, with the financial services space being its most important market.

“The expansion into Western Australia represents a significant milestone for TTC as we continue to extend our reach across Australia and bring our consulting expertise to more clients,” explained Matt Wiggins, since 2020 the chief executive officer of TTC Australia.

“With seasoned leaders at the helm, we are confident in our ability to deliver exceptional value and service to our clients in the region,” he added.

The Perth office will serve as a hub for TTC’s operations in Western Australia, providing local and regional clients with direct access to industry-leading expertise and support in quality assurance and software testing, Wiggins stressed.

Don Sharp

Don Sharp and Bryan Tan will lead the new Western Australian division, the company confirmed, as they have been appointed as chief operating officer and general manager of client delivery, respectively.

Sharp will be expected to head up the expansion in Perth, leveraging his background in team leadership, quality improvement and strategic initiatives to elevate TTC’s service offerings, TTC said.

“A well-known figure in Perth’s IT community, Don brings over two decades of experience in IT and quality and testing,” Wiggins in an email.

He added that “his approach to leadership is characterised by a genuine commitment to people and quality, fostering team cohesion and superior client outcomes through a combination of professional mentorship and community engagement.”

Bryan Tan

Meanwhile, Tan, will work closely with Sharp as the leadership team in Perth.

“With a rich background spanning 20 years in the quality assurance industry, Tan has honed his skills in business development, strategic operational implementations, and achieving business efficiencies,” Wiggins wrote.

Tan’s career began as a tester, and over the years, he has worked across various industries including energy, finance, not-for-profit, and retail.

“Tan’s role will focus on enhancing client delivery and growing operations throughout Western Australia,” Wiggins pointed out.

“Known for his humanistic approach and commitment to quality engineering, Tan embodies a people-first attitude that aligns with TTC’s core values.”
