What is hailed as ‘the world’s first hybrid multi-language generative artificial intelligence platform’ has gone live in close to 100 languages.
QX Lab AI, the AI-specialist company behind it, said its new Ask QX tool may mean a major breakthrough for non-English financial services, as many of them had – so far – not much access to AI and other innovative technologies.
Unlike existing large language model AI platforms, which usually offer only English-language functionality, Ask QX’s node-based architecture and neurologically trained algorithms mean it can interact with users in over 100 languages, including Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, Tagalog, as well as English.
Other languages the platform is available in are French, Spanish, Japanese, German, Italian, Korean, Portuguese, and Sinhala. In the firm’s home market, India, Ask QX has been launched in Hindi, Bengali, Telugu, Marathi, Tamil, Urdu, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Odia, Punjabi as well as Assamese.
Tested extensively in recent months, QX Lab AI told QA Financial that Ask QX offers text and audio formats and will add image and video functionality before the end of March.
Tilakraj Parmar, co-founder and the current CEO of QX Lab AI, claimed Ask QX is said “the world’s first hybrid GenAI platform featuring multilingual capabilities.”
“This is the result of eight years of dedicated effort and meticulous development.”

He said that “it is strategically designed to democratise access to AI, seamlessly integrating artificial intelligence to enhance overall value.”
Parmar said it took eight years to develop and text the feature, “eight years of dedicated effort and meticulous development,” as he put it.
LLM and NNA
Ask QX evolves around a hybrid model, comprising 30% LLM and 70% Neural Network Architecture (NNA), setting “a new benchmark in language comprehension and user interaction,” Parmar continued.
Zooming in on the technical capabilities of the new platform, Tathagat Prakash, co- founder and chief scientist at QX Lab AI, said the launch means that banks, insurance firms and other finance players around the non-English speaking world now have “access and leverage to an astounding neural network architecture along with advanced security measures and stringent compliance protocols.”
Prakash called the node-based infrastructure “unique” as he went on to reveal that QX Lab AI plans to launch two more AI-powered products later this year, in video and image, which he expects many banks and other finance powerhouses to jump on.
“These products will harness deep learning algorithms for intelligently analysing and processing data to generate accurate responses in microseconds,” he explained.
“This will pave the way for banks, insurers and others to unleash the power of GenAI to become more agile and productive,” Prakash concluded.
