Exactpro and Spixii partner for insurance chatbots

Exactpro Systems has announced a partnership with Spixii, the developer of a conversation process automation (CPA) platform designed to accelerate the digitalisation and automation of insurance customer-facing processes. The Spixii CPA platform is designed, the firm says, to facilitate  the immediate completion of complex transactions and provide a robust framework for continuous improvement in chatbots and other voice applications. Spixii focuses on insurance customers, which are increasingly using voice platforms for quotes, sales and claims.

Exactpro will be bringing test automation to the partnership, with experience gained through extensive experience providing testing to highly regulated financial infrastructures.

During a proof-of-concept completed with Spixii in July, Exactpro tested several conversational paths within the use case of an insurance claim lodging and automatically generated checks covering dozens of unique states of conversation with the chatbot and of transitions between those states. Going forward, Exactpro will provide independent testing services on the chatbots built on the Spixii platform, and will leverage its test framework to discover new paths of conversation, automatically generate scenarios of user behaviour, and perform non-functional assessment of the chatbot’s response and processing times, capacity and resource utilisation.
